Here's very rare gem of a property!! This property has to be one of the prettiest properties I've ever been on. This property is on the Laurentian Divide!! The property is at the end of a dead end road and once through the gate a person can very easily access all the parcels with vehicle on the substantial road/trail system the seller had cleared and built. These openings have some clover in them but they would serve as amazing openings to plant food plots in. Just to the east of this northern parcel is county tax forfeit land with a beautiful beaver pond that would be a great place to trap, duck hunt or wildlife watch.
