IMS Lofts is the condominium component of the historic International Market Square, a multi-building complex dating back to the early 1900s. IMS Lofts: Merging History, Design, and Modern Living

Located at 290 Market Street, Minneapolis, MN 55405, IMS Lofts occupies the top eight floors of the North Tower at International Market Square. Designed by George Bertrand & John Chamberlain, the five-building complex was built in stages between 1904 and 1915. IMS Lofts at the Edge of the Loop

The historic IMS complex was built in stages between 1904 and 1915. The North Tower (home to the condos) was completed in 1905.
